I had placed an order from AJIO bearing ORDER ID FL[protected] of a total amount of rupees 1798.94 consisting of footwear and a jeans. Due to improper fit and variation in size i had to return the jeans of the amount of rupees 1463.28 on around 01st September and the ajio website shows that the refund was initiated on 13th September however it has not been credited in my amount till date. I had called the customer care and had raised a complaint with respect to the same as the ajio website claims to settle the refunds within 5-7 days. However no action was taken to address my concern.
Another order bearing order Id : RT20764784 was placed by me on 14th August which consisted of 2 kurtis and one jeans. Out of which I had to exchange one kurti of amount rupees 502.11 as there were size issues and henceforth I requested an exchange. The exchange order was accepted yet not processed for another 10-15 days by AJIO and then I got a message from AJIO stating that the exchange cannot be processed and the inconvenience caused is regretted. Therefore on aount of AJIO's default I had to return the Kurti and again a refund had to be generated from AJIO's side. The refund for the same article was also generated on 08th September but has not been credited in my amount till date.
The conduct of AJIO towards me as a customer is highly negligent. The company has acted in a manner which is in contravention of its own stand available in the public domain claiming easy exchange and that refund will be given in a period of 5-7 days. This is a sheer FRAUD on the customers. I urge the company to take quick action on the instant matter as already an undue delay has been caused.
connecting with the customer care of the company is also a task as there is a general wait time of 15 to 20 minutes.
