I have ordered "floral knitted round neck cardigan" of small size, but I received wrong size(medium) of product on 18th December. So applied for exchanged. The courier boy came only once on 23/12 and told me that tag on the product is wrong and so it cant be exchanged. He told me that better you complain to customer care and once they(customer care personnel) will remove code I will come back and exchange the product.
But when I called to customer care she told me that this product cant be exchanged, so better you wait for reattempt of the item and just refuse when delivery person come and afterwards cancel that item, But delivery person never came back till date. I raised complaint regarding this on 24rd december with compliant no COM[protected], it says resolution date is 31/12.
At that I was not able to return the product as it is not updated in my order. And delivery person didn't come after 23/12. As per return policy last date of return is 28/12, So I again called customer care personnel and she guide me to email this whole matter to ajio customer care and they will refund your amount. So I email all the detail for which complaint was raised and they resolved my problem by telling that I will be given my refund. Refund initiated was shown in my order on 29th December, But when even on 7th January 2023 I didn't get refund I against raised complaint and they replied that They will not refund my money.
I have complaint that first they initiated refund and now telling so for refund. Second that delivery personnel, customer care and reply from customer care email guided me wrong. So kindly look into the matter and get my refund back Was this information helpful? |
