Ajio — Refund issue

I ordered a denim from ajio. It wasn’t well fitted so I returned it but I didn’t get my refund from ajio. I emailed them but it didn’t work.! It’s been more than 24hrs still no refund! Previously they refunded my money real quickly. But this time they didn’t. I don’t know what to do now.
It’s been more than 24hrs I didn’t get my refund back! Please do something asap!
