Ajio — Refund issue

Ordered items on 12th oct and cancelled immediately coz of delay delivery, till now there is no refund no body is giving reply to mails calls are like waste of time ….
Order Id- FL[protected] and FL[protected]
Total amount is 7600 and I share everything my bank statements and my bank account details
