I have retuned the 2 jeans long back, but still the status of jeans is not updated in App and refund amount not initiated so far. One of ajio support team member told me that products have been reached to ware house and the refund amount will be credited to my bank before 7th Feb'22. But till date it was not happened.
After that when I reached again to ajio team for follow-up on this case they extended the time limit to 17th feb'22 for resolution.
But till now there no solution provided by ajio and my money blocked from them almost 2 months. Was this information helpful? |
