Ajio — Refund money not credited

Hi I returned an item I ordered from AJIO in the month of may but they have not returned the money till now. I made several complaints to the AJIO customer care but they still have not refunded my money. It’s more than a month now still waiting and asking for my money back but they have changed the status to refunded when they have not refunded the money. I have even shared the bank statement pdf as per the request of the AJIO customer care where it clearly shows no sign of money from AJIO. But they say they have refunded that’s all.

I made several complaints to the AJIO customer care but they still have not refunded my money. Please look into the matter as I have not received the money in my account till now.
