I have ordered some product on 29 March 2021 from Ajio and due to some reason I am not receive that from the courier, so the product return to the seller. Then ajio initiated a refund on 5 April 2021, but the refund is not credited to my account till now (10 May 2021). It is more than one month passed and I am contacted Ajio customer care many times in this one month time and they provide me every time a resolution that" it will resolve after two days", but nothing happened. I have also send them my bank statement for inquiry of the transaction, but nothing has been done. They are doing fraud with me.
