An order of purchase was placed on 27th september, 2019 and as discrepancy in pricing of the same products was found on the very next day, i called the customer care executives of ajio. On the executive's advice i cancelled the order and put a fresh purchase order. Though this fresh order had no issue, the previous one led me to utter frustation. They, till date, is not providing the refund amounting to rs 3908.
The items on that order was still attempted for delivery. But as advised by ajio customer care executives, i declined the delivery. The items were returned by their courier partner.
The products which were not even received by me was received by the vendor on 16th october, 2019. When the refund would have been initiated spontaneously, i had to make a number of calls just to register the complaint! Finally on 24th oct, the complaint was lodged... But that too with a wrong description! On 25th oct i had to once again call and a fresh complaint was registered this time with a supposed date of addressal by 30th oct. From then on it has been a nightmare... Really... Calling in every two days only to get idiotic excuses, false words, fake promises, and most irritatingly those silly apologies!
I make call every alternate day only to wait for two more business days and listen again and again fake promises...
Advisers over phone are only inclined to persuade people to get better rating...
