I am writing this complaint because I am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 15 july2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side on 30th July 2021but I haven't got refund on my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making a fool of me by sending every time . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that the refund is done from our side. What the hell? I haven't got the money back in my bank account.
