I ordered few clothes on 13th June received on 21st June quality was not good so returned few shirts on 21st June return amount of 2250rs return id#RT71598306 as per ajio policy said by customer care refund time 7- 9 days maximum but today is 6th July more then 15 days over but still I dint received my refund and shameless customer care people still asking more 1 week to resolve, I don't know this customer service people are seriously working or just doing timepass they kept me on hold for 20 to 30 mins saying transferring call to manager but finally call got disconnected I became fool it happened thrice. I shared my account statement as a proof that I dint received my refund.
I shared my icici account details atheist now can you transfer or refund my money back.
