Ajio — Refund not received for more than 02 months

I have requested for refund of my 03 articles approx rs 4000 which was not credited to my bank account for more than a month. I called customer care and was informed that there was some technical glitch in their system and the amount will soon be credited.
Since then I have been informed everytime I mail or cal that amount has been credited to my bank account if it’s not reflecting there then I was advised to share a copy of bank statement.
In the meantime you blocked my ajio id also

Now you are writing me in the mail after blocking my id that the amount has been credited to my AJIO wallet which I can use by logging.
First of all I didn’t tell you to credit it to my wallet the instruction was to credit back to my source and your replies are also very unsatisfactory that you cannot help in the matter.
Who is responsible for my loss and I want my money back in the source I.e my bank account.
