Ajio — Refund not transfer to the bank account

I have returned the product and a refund was initiated on 6th December 2021 and still refund has not been transferred to the bank account. I'm mailing them every two to three days about my issue with the refund but their customer care service provider is just asking me to wait and telling me that they will resolve my issues and it went by a month still no progress and now I'm mailing them they are not replying back
