Ajio — refund not yet initiated even after 5-6 days of pickup

This is related to order id fl[protected] in which 3 products were returned. The pickup was done on 10th june and till now the status has not been updated on app and also no refund has been initiated yet. It’s been 5 days already. Pathetic experience from ajio this time. Tried calling customer care no proper resolution has been provided yet from them. Please provide appropriate resolution.
