I had purchased “SUPERDRY Tweed Double Zip Fuji Padded Hoodie” on November 13, 2021 and exchanged it because size was too big. The size next time I received was still big so I have returned the product. Order Id against the order is #FL[protected].
On November 29, 2021 it stated that refund has been processed and completed. I have been following up since one month. No customer can be so patient. Mode of payment was Cash so I opted for Ajio Cash. It’s been a month I am following up and have done 7-10 follow up calls but have not received my amount yet.
