I bought a shoe and I didn't like the fit so I returned (return id: #RT[protected] . I returned on 9th July but still haven't got my refund.I have contacted customer care many times but they always ask to wait 48 hours but no help is being given.I was asked to send my bank details, I sent it but no update came from 3 days.Please help me, I am losing hope now because no one is helping.I hope you will help me soon.

Updated by As Style I haven't received my refund yet. just being told to wait 48 hours after contacting customer care. It has been 14 days but till now I have not received any help from customer service.
