Ajio — Refund related query

Address:Flat no 111 Tower 1, Songbirds society Bhugaon, Pune 412115

I returned order and in app it's showing refund will intiatated on 3rd October and didn't receive any refund or anything yet tried calling customer care serveral time and also I returned another product 7-8 days ago it's also showing me same status
