Ajio — Refund related query

Address:Flat no 111 Tower 1, Songbirds society Bhugaon, Pune 412115

I returned a product 10-12 days ago and in app it's showing that refund will be intiatated on 3 rd October still didnt received any refund and same happened for one more product.I tried calling customer care serveral time no-one response that also, also put mail but no response from anyone.
