Ajio — Regarding redemption of AJIO Points.

Hello Sir/Madam
My name is Hemanth.I received 2, 00, 000 points as a reward by spinning the wheel, which was activated on 04 March 2021, 01;00 am and the expiry date was given by 10 March 2021. It was clearly mentioned in the site. I'm attaching the screenshot of that.
All of a sudden, the expiry date was changed to 04 March 2021 without any prior notice to the customers from your end. Meanwhile, when I'm trying to place an order from AJIO site on 04 March 2021, 10:00am I'm unable to use my AJIO Points and AJIO Cash, while placing the order.
Immediately, I approached the AJIO customer care and filed a complaint regarding the same. The Complaint ID was given by- [protected]. The customer care executive said there is a technical problem regarding the redemption of AJIO Points, He said it will be resolved within 24 hours.
All of a sudden, my 2, 00, 000 AJIO points expired on 04 March of 2021, 2:35pm.With this action from AJIO, I was extremely depressed and underwent psychological trauma.
I am extremely unhappy with AJIO Response and Service. I want my 2, 00, 000 AJIO Points back to my wallet within a very short time.AJIO cheated upon me and you're liable for this action.
I want compensation for what happened due to AJIO Negligence or else serious action will be taken on AJIO, according to IPC.
You're liable for cheating against the customers by giving fake AJIO points and fake policies.
I'm expecting a reply from you as soon as possible. It will be treated as a serious issue and I want my AJIO points back so that I can redeem it for further orders.
I'm attaching all the screenshots, please go through it and take necessary action to compensate me within time. Due to your technical issues, I'm unable to redeem my AJIO points. It's purely your fault. You're cheating on me.
I'm eagerly waiting for your reply or I should file a complaint regarding this in consumer court.
