Ajio — Regarding return

Regarding return id RT[protected]
Complaint id com[protected]
of order number FN[protected]

I have raised the complaint on 20th till now no one has come for pick up what is this ajio delivering wrong products different from what I have ordered this is the 1st time I have faced this issue its given resolution till 22nd may but till now no update had mail has been sent that they had packed correctly then why did I receive the wrong product with the same tag of what I ordered.
kindly pick up and refund as soon as possible
