Ajio — Regarding return item not picked up and refund not processed | |||||
Hi, This complaint is regarding the Ajio(RT[protected]. I raised return request on the same day I received the shipment as product were incomplete and small in size. The courier service never called me and when I reached out to Ajio over chat they asked me to wait Till 12 th May so that this pickup request get cancelled and new can be created. On 12th May I requested reps to create a request again and then they said 15 days are over. They cant pick this up now. I want 10 lakh rupees as refund and I wasted my time and effort over this for almost 15 days and due to the harassment they did to me by providing wrong info. Was this information helpful? | |||||
