I had placed an online order from reliance trends store to avail a discount of rs.1000 on online purchase of rs.2499. But when i got the order placed, one item was wrong and one item was not ordered (I ordered for 2 shirts but only one was placed) and as a result i had to pay rs.1997 and couldn't avail the discount. When i approached the store they asked me to return the products and place the order again. I had to face many difficulties due to this. I hope you will take an action on this
