Amount of Missing Items: Approximately ₹6, 000
I am filing this complaint against Ajio for delivering only 1 item out of the 4 items I ordered. The remaining items worth nearly ₹6, 000 were missing from the parcel.
I immediately raised a complaint (COM[protected], but Ajio closed the complaint without asking for my confirmation or providing any resolution. When I contacted customer care, they said they “did not find any issue” with the seller, indirectly suggesting that my complaint was false. This was extremely unfair and disrespectful.
When I requested them to reopen or escalate the complaint, they told me that it cannot be reopened. I also asked for the email/contact of a senior authority, but the representative told me to “search it on the internet, ” which was highly unprofessional and insensitive, especially when I had suffered a genuine financial loss.
I have been a loyal Ajio customer since 2017, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. For a large company, the missing amount may be small, but for an average customer like me, it matters significantly. The lack of empathy, accountability, and transparency in handling this issue is shocking.
I request the following:
Immediate refund for the missing items
Reopening of the complaint and proper investigation
Action against the unprofessional behaviour of the customer care representative
I hope this platform helps bring attention to my issue and ensures no other customer faces such negligence.
