Ajio — Requesting for the refund from the Ajio Company

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they shipped the right product. I have submitted each and every detail of the product and unboxing video as well. Even after seeing the unboxing video they were still saying that they done the shipment correctly. This is not acceptable resolution i got it today.
