I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my return and refund of my puma jacket. I initiated the return due to fit issues within the allowed timeframe, but unfortunately, the scheduled pickup did not happen on the promised date. Contacted and complaint them multiple times but these guys are fooling by giving same general statements “Mam please wait for 24-48 hours, our team is working on it”
Seriously I’m totally fed up calling customer care.
I’ve never faced such issues with other retailers, and we're disheartened by the experience with AJIO. I kindly request your prompt attention to initiate the return process, conduct the quality check, and refund the amount at the earliest. Below are the relevant details for your reference:
