I ordered 6 items from ajio app. My account was blocked soon after i recieved my order. There is 15 days return policy on ajio. I didnt like one tshirt for returning i called on their customer care as account was blocked and i was unable to login. He created return for that tshirt.
Then after some days when i called back for return of leggings they we cant create return request as account is blocked. They asked me to mail at ajio customer care with photo of item and bill(invoice) and assured me that item will be issued return soon by ajio backend team.
So mailed them. But mail team is telling that sorry we cant serve you as account is blocked.
They should not block account before 15 days from the day of order delivery. How can they do this. They should have blocked account before i placed order. I should get time to return product, its my right.
Please help for return and also for money stuck in ajio wallet around 4300.
