I bought a jeans from ajio and it was smaller in size and I requested to return it about 15 days ago since then I tried to return it 3 - 4 times but every time in their application it says the pick up is attempted. But actually nobody attempted I didn't get any call or nobody came here to pick it up. I tried calling their customer care but couldn't connect and I tried sending mail to them but still no use.
Who am I going to ask the details?
