Respected sir,
I have ordered a product from Ajio with order id FN[protected] which have been delivered 2 weeks back and it has a defect ( faded colour ) then i requested for a exchange #EX[protected], the exchange got cancelled itself. Then i tried to make a return request but it cannot be placed even it's showing that the return request can be placed till April 21.
Also i had registered several complaints in the ajio customer care but no response have been received.They only responded your issue will be resolved, but no response has been produced regarding the same. I had made so many attempts in the ajio customer care but it make no use.
I hope my issue will definitely be solved by posting this.
