I ordered a full suit blazer set. Website said that the last item is available for the product. Firstly, they send an incomplete order ( just the blazer). They acknowledge the same and offers a partial refund. I chose to return the product. They agree on mails to do a smooth return.
Return item never gets picked up. They keep sending super polite mails saying that they leave no stone unturned to resolve the issue but the issue is never resolved even after 2 official complaints that Ajio team raised themselves. They keep changing status that customer has changed his mind to keep the product. I have to again raise a return request.
Highly incompetent and unethical IT systems to change status etc. Was this information helpful? |
