I ordered approx 20 articles from Ajio on 3rd february they all got delivered within a weeks time. order ID FN[protected] & FN[protected].
After checking & trying i decide to return 6 articles. I created the return request for these articles. But till date only 2 articles are being picked up and rest are still with me. Return ID - RT[protected]
Every morning i receive message for Ajio that articles will be picked up today and in the late eveing i get an automated call stating that "our deliver partner informed that you were not prsent at the adddress hence we will reattempt pickup soon". Most of the times the very next day the return request is cancelled automatically, then i again create the return request and sae process is repeated. I called to customer care and lodged the complaint also COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected]. I have also dropped email to Ajio customer care about my problem still no resolution is provided. My hardearned money is blocked due to non pickup by Ajio. I can't believe that a big company like Ajoi can be so unprofessional and ill treat its customer. Was this information helpful? |
