Ordered a shirt size 44.
Initiated exchange request for smaller size 42.
Exchange request was accepted.
Exchange request got cancelled last moment.
Ideally AJIO should pick up the Size 44 shirt but no one came to pick this product. As a customer, I do not see an option to return the product as the exchange was cancelled.
Raised multiple complaints, but no action taken.
The wrong size product is still lying with me and no one from Ajio has picked up the product and initiated the refund.
Now I have the wrong size product and my money has gone for a toss.
Strict action should be taken against Ajio.
They have purposely removed the RETURN button because of which I can't return the product. Was this information helpful? |
