[Resolved]  Ajio — Return not picked up and even after promising to solve the problem no steps taken

My return id return ID RT41650562 for order id FL[protected], was supposed to arrange a pick up as last date is today. Even after complaining jay a mail was sent for formality and no steps taken. I will be loosing 1500 on this pdt which I can’t use. Plz help
