Ajio — Return not picked up and refund not initiated

I had placed an order for crocs heels and the size wasn't right so had to request for exchange, been 13 days, return hasn't been picked up and nothing is shown in the app. No dates nothing. I have written many mails and called many time but no response whatsoever.
I need them to take the return and refund the amount.
