This is regarding an order of Shirt (Order ID FL[protected]) Tistabene - Checked Printed Regular Fit Shirt (Size M). I put a request for the exchange of this shirt from size M to size L on 22 Nov. 2021 (Order # EX[protected]). However, I was informed of the cancellation of the exchange via email on 1st December 2021. Since then I have called customer care multiple times for exchange/return but no resolution has happened.
On 11th Dec, I contacted customer care again and they advised me to log a complaint about not being able to return the item as a Mobile App Issue (COM[protected]). The complaint was to be resolved by 17th Dec 2021. However, I still didn't get any resolution. They again created a complaint (number COM[protected]) on 25th Dec 2021 and assured to resolve it before 31st Dec 2021. However, I have not yet received any resolution.
Hence, I am filing a complaint against AJIO. Kindly help me get a refund of Rs. 1499/- I paid for the shirt. Was this information helpful? |
