Ajio — Return of product

I had placed a return request on an item on 24th July. It has been 10 days and my return has not yet been picked up. Even the delivery partners are not accepting my calls and not returning back my call. They are putting wrong description on the tracking page too. I did not got any call and the status shows I did not picked up the call. This kind of behavior is totally inappropriate. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
