First return order RT77388264 placed on 16 August was cancelled automatically due to a system issue.
The second return ID : #RT78414943 placed on 26 August has still remained open. The reason is that the Pincode is not available for return service - strange enough because it was available for Delivery!
Anyways, I reached a nearby DTDC office (2kms away from home) on 12th September to return the product to their address (see below per attached Invoice) and was told by the DTDC office that they don't deliver to this address; second that the return address may not be valid anymore (Reliance office may have shifted). I spoke to the Customer Care team and escalated the issue to the Manager; I was told that I will receive a response in 2 business days.

Over 7 business days, and I am still waiting for a response from the AJIO office.
I provided another alternative (via email) that I can carry the package at my work location (different pinched) and AJIO can arrange for it to be picked from there. There has been no response yet!!!
Anyways, I managed to ship the product back via DHL/Bluedart AWB [protected] on 17 Sept 2022 by paying Rs. 650/- and the package was rejected by the Consignee today (20 Sept 2022) without any reasons. Attaching the status of package.
Post all of the escalations, I received an AJIO Complaint # COM[protected] today. But nothing on what is going to be done about it.
I called AJIO Customer care again now and have been on phone for over 30 mins with no Manager available to help me. The message I am getting is to wait for another 6 days and someone will call me back.
Trying to explain that I am not going to wait any longer has not helped at all. Requesting your expert advice and intervention for this long standing issue.
