I placed an order on Ajio. My order id is FL[protected]. I raised return of the product.
And Return ID for the item is RT70105119
It got picked up On June 4th 2022 and I received an acknowledgement slip for the item from the pick up agent. But the order tracking page still says " return created at store" . When i called the customer care and asked them what it means they said it was a technical error and i should send them an email and wait for their reply which will be given within 48 hours. Asked me to email with the picture of the acknowledgment slip, I sent the first email on 6th June ( no reply even after 48 hours )
I sent the second email on (9th June no reply) I sent the third email again on (11th June)
Each time I call the customer service they tell me they are highlighting my issue but no one is getting back to me
But today I received an SMS that you are glad I've changed my mind about the return. What do you guys mean by I've changed my mind about my refund? I've already returned the item to you and made multiple calls to your call center and even sent the acknowledgement slip to you guys already 3 times in 3 separate emails. What is the meaning of sending me these SMS that you are glad I changed my mind after accepting my returns and giving me acknowledgement slip?
When will you update your status and provide me my return? It’s already been over 10 days and I still don’t have any response from them.
The acknowledgment slip I received contain the AWB and reference number
And when I checked the return status with the provided AWB . It clearly shows that the return shipment was delivered to them on 10th June itself. If they have received my return why are they not giving me a clear answer and set the status of my return to " Return created at Store"?
I have attached the AWBs and reference number from blue dart pick up for the picked up item in this complaint
