I would like to return a product however at the time of delivery there was no tag on the product. There was no tag attached when I received my initial package.
Ajio’s CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE IS SO POOR AND BAD, NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL AND PUT YOU ON LOOP HOLD.

AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I got a damaged product and put for exchange and then Ajio cancelled that order due to which the return date got lapsed and i am unable to return that . Raised a complaint in their prestigious customer care where there is no care for customer. A day after they closed the complaint messaged your problem was resolved. No action nothing no return no refund closed the complaint and the reason for closing is you where unavailable over phone. The photos are send over email with the tag and why they want to connect after all proof. raised 3 to 4 complaints all the complaints where closed without any action . And the worst thing is that they even blocked my number so I was unable to call customer care then I tried with other number executive took the phone. Then I gave them a huge lot of applause for this activity. I don't want this damage product take it back and give me my money back.
