I have been following up and wasting my time over call explaining my issue again and again to customer service but they are not at all helpful. First my return gets auto cancelled, the customer executive behaves rudely with me saying tech error. Then i had to get over call with them multiple time share images and details like 6-7 times to get a return request generated which is also cancelled automatically. I don't understand if this is not tricking customers then what else is. I heard that my friends and acquaintances have been facing the same issue. If you are so technically backwards in helping customers out. Why don't you just refund them their return amount????? The time wasted over calls and mails, obviously you can't refund that! I used to be a loyal customer to Ajio but I guess I won't ever shop again from this fraud website again. Also, being into e-commerce. I know how logistics and how customer service work, so when I call you a fraud, I definitely mean it.
