Ajio — Return status not updated & money went on hold | |||
Incident Date - 9th Aug 2021 Incident Place - Indore, Madhya Pradesh My returns were not accepted by the pick-up person today as brand name on fabric was not mentioned (tags were attached to the product) & status of those products are not updated yet in application for me to raise a return request again. Ajio customer care number was not accessible the whole day & they are not responding to my emails. Return ID numbers - Return ID : #RT42851131 Return ID : #RT42837535 In one Return Id, there are 6 products, & there is no product name mentioned in one product because of which all 6 items of that return ID were rejected by pick-up person. Same situation is with my other return ID. I don't understand this rule by Ajio & i am very disappointed as because of one product, all items of that return ID have got stuck with me plus cherry on the top, i am not able to see my order's updated status on Ajio. They still shows, "Out for delivery" where delivery/pick-up person has rejected to accept/pick the product. & this 'not updating the correct status' of orders on Ajio app is nothing new. Even after various feedbacks to Ajio customer care, they least bother to make any changes/upgrades in their systems. Expected solution - I want the status to be marked again as delivered so that i can raise a fresh return request again within 30 days timeline as before & mention proper reason this time while raising return request separately.
