Ajio is a pathetic site. Shirts and Tshirts prepaid and it’s been more than 15-20 days items have not come. Their delivery partners are horrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Items are at times cancelled without information to the buyer.

Horrible service. Call center staff just try to reassure you that items will be on its way, conniving and very unprofessional.
Ajio should be banned, when they give a date to drop an item online, that should be followed and professionalism should be maintained.
