hen this order was delivered to me, I could touch and feel from the outer envelope that the shoe box is broken inside. But as I was in need, I kept it.(I did mention this to delivery boy also that it seems broken from inside. He said these things usually happen while transferring one product from one place to another.)
But When tried, it was tight for my feet.
I immediately placed a return request selecting size as the reason. Return pickup guy came to pick it but refused saying shoes has signs of wear-out and box is damaged. I tried to explain him that this is how I received it. but he did not accept it.
He asked me to contact customer care. since then I have written mails, tweets, opened chats but no reply. it has been 10 days since order was delivered.
I placed another return request selecting the reason-damaged item received. It has been 5 days, item is yet to be picked up.
My chats are not being replied to, email is ignored. I have written complaints sharing images of the item received, but no one is responding.
Please help me take a legal action against them.
Item cost my only Rs1000 but this fraudster behaviour is unacceptabe.
