Ajio — Showing delivered for the returned product also refund not initiated even after 1 month of return

I have ordered a product and get and returned but even after 1 month refund has not been initiated.It was shown that the refund would be initiated soon and to my surprise now it showing that the product is delivered and you can return or exchange the product.please do necessary
