I had placed a return request on 8th March for 3 jeans which I bought through Ajio.
It has been a month, no one showed up for picking returns and despite my umpteen number of calls being made to the customer care, they are not taking any action. Every time I call they tell me that my complaint has been take on priority and will be resolved within 2 days, but no return or refund happens.
I sent email as well but same 2 days response.
