My order id is FL[protected]
I raised return for two of the products
1.) Return ID for first item- RT69308119
2.) Return ID for second item-RT70105119
Both of them got picked up On June 4th 2022 and I received two acknowledgement slips for both the items from the pick up agent. But the order tracking page still says return pick up is pending even after I returned it
When i called the customer service they asked me to send an email which will be replied within 48 hours with the picture’s of the acknowledgment slips, I sent the first email on 6th June ( no reply even after 48 hours )
I sent the second email on (9th June no reply) I sent the third email again on (11th June)
Each time I call the customer service they tell me they are highlighting my issue but no one is getting back to me
But today I received an SMS that you are glad I've changed my mind about the return. What do you guys mean by I've changed my mind about my refund? I've already returned the items to you and made multiple calls to your call center and even sent the acknowledgement slips to you guys already 3 times in 3 separate emails. What is the meaning of sending me these SMS that you are glad I changed my mind after accepting my returns and giving me acknowledgement slips?
When will you update your status and provide me my return? It’s already been over 10 days and I still don’t have any response from them.
The acknowledgment slips I received contain the AWB and reference numbers
I have attached the AWBs and reference no’s from blue dart pick up for both the picked up items in this complaint
