Ajio — Tommy Hilfiger handbag

I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger handbag 5.5k from Ajio platform. It provides with only 10 days of exchange/return policy. Within a month ghe skin of the bag started coming off. The bag seems to be a fake. And if it's original the quality seems deteriorated, I expect the product be taken back and my amount be refunded for such a cheap piece of a well recognised brand. Order no. FN[protected].
