This is the product I received on 27/09/23 vide Order ID : FN[protected]. I placed a return request but your agent is not accepting. Sent 15 emails and spoke to customer care many times each time assurance is given that the defective piece shall be taken back. The delivery partner has come twice and did not pick up as they say it's a non QC product.
The exchange has already been rejected by courier partner on 04/10/2023 at around 5pm. I also had a conversation with one of Ajio agents, he assured me he is closing the exchange loop. I have already attached clear pictures of the torn inner package and merchandise. Now please let me know as to when the pickup shall be initiated. Ajio-team is constantly harassing me since 27th September 2023 regarding this issue. My question is how can you just send a product without QC check?
And having done that, you are now trying to prove that the product has been damaged by me, as told by the courier partner. Do you think I think I have so much time to keep mailing and following up for a product worth 400 INR? But how can you be so dishonest towards your customer? This is hugely disgraceful and I need to escalate the matter to consumer forum.
