I am fed up reaching out to Ajio's customer care team, hence reaching out to you for your kind support with a hope that the long pending issue will be resolved.
Compliant 1:
I have written several emails to Ajio customer care team to initiate a transfer of Rs. 2000 approx from my Ajio Wallet to my bank account as I am unable to do the same from the UI. I requested several times, but the customer care team sends me a copy pasted reply without reading my email. This issue is pending since last 6 months and no resolution has been provided by Ajio and its customer care team.
Complaint 2:
I dropped an email to change the mobile number linked to my Ajio account but no response has been received from Ajio and its team.
Request you to help me get my balance transferred to my bank account on priority as it is the money I spent on purchases. It is not earned through any coupons or offers.
