I have purchased an item from AJIO recently and was not happy with the size which for the sandals ordered for my kid, now I wanted to exchange the same, but without any notice AJIO blocked my account and was unable to check my order or return my order. and I have invested good amount of money to buy the product.
When I call the customer care they were saying based on their policies they have blocked my account due to high returns which they have neither communicated before ordering my product. I don't care even if they block my account but as a consumer I have the right to return.exchange the product as per their policies and they have blocked me to do that now.
