Ajio has suspended my account without any prior intimation. I was unable to log in since 40 days of telling them the issue.
I have not received a single call from customer since I have told the team about the issue as well.
I want to take legal action against them since this kind of harrasment and forced purchase is definitely unacceptable.
I am absolutely disturbed with their behaviour. They aren't allowing me to operate my account so that I can't put my orders for return and I can't even track the orders that haven't been delivered. My money is stuck worth almost upward of 12000.
