Ajio — Unable to return the product for 1 month after multiple requests

Date Problem Description
09-Feb-24 Placed an order of size 'M' ARMANI EXCHANGE - Printed Slim Fit Crew-Neck T-Shirt. Order ID: FN[protected]
The product was not a good fit, hence, I ordered size 'L'.Kept the large size and decided to return 'M'
13-Feb-24 Raised a return of Size 'M" with Return ID RT[protected]
15-Feb-24 The delivery executive refused to accept the return with a reason that QC needs to be done. The customer care told me that the delivery executive has cancelled the return and I will have to raise a fresh return.
16-Feb-24 Fresh return request raised with ID RT[protected]
16-Feb-24 The delivery executive again refused to accept with the reason that the color of the product is slightly different from what appeared in the photograph. I immediately called customer care in front of him. The delivery person asked customer care to raise a return with QC. The delivery person told me upfront that had he known that it is the same return, he wouldn't have even visited. The CC asked me that they will raise a complaint against the representative and asked me to create a fresh return
18-Feb-24 Fresh return request raised with ID RT[protected]. Th CC asked me to raise it with a reason that wrong product has been delivered and color is different. I also uploaded the product photographs.
21-Feb-24 No show from delivery executive. Return automatically cancelled
22-Feb-24 "I called the customer care and they asked to raise the return request again. I requested to connect me with a senior representative but he was also not of much help. He said that the photo of the tag is not clearly visible in the return order.
I raised a fresh return request being on call with CC and the representative confirmed that all details are fine and the return will be picked up definitely this time. Return ID RT[protected]"
03-Mar-24 No show from delivery executive. Last date of return 01-Mar already gone. I called the customer care and they are asking me to raise the return once again. This is happening for the nth time. I asked them to return my money and pick up the order at their convenience. But hey have the sam procedure to convey that the customer has to raise a fresh return request. I asked them to connect to a senior but he/she was not available. Hence, I asked to schedule a call back from him/her
